2018 was a good year for us and 2019 will be even better it seems! In this update we will tell you what we can about our plans for this year. But first a little look back on what we did in 2018: 2018Last year was different and exciting for us: we changed the way we brought music to you and released our first singles. Thankfully the response to them was overwhelming! We got to play lots of fun shows, supports, and festivals. And we are happy that we got to end the year again with Friends First Fest. Not unimportant, we managed to raise over 1300 euros for Help Refugees with this sold out 4th edition! Read our full 2018 report on our website. The Singles ContinueYou can check our last 2 singles “Heads You Win, Tails We Lose” and “The Invisible Hand Meets The Visible Fist” in this Antillectu-All-In-One playlist on Spotify and Youtube. For 2019 we have the next single scheduled on March 19. What we can tell you is that the song is not written by us, but by a band that our last single reminded many people of, completely coincidental of course ... We recorded the cover with our sound tech Emiel and Menno Bakker (Amsterdam Recording Company). In March we will start recording new music with Tim van Doorn at Big Dog Recordings. In summer we will release another single, and the 3rd and last one in late fall / early winter. To be continued ...  LiveOf course we want to play our old singles and upcoming single for you! Coming up first we have a nice extended weekend with one of the most controversial yet interesting (punk) acts around (Pussy Riot!) and one of our favorite bands of all times (Satanic Surfers!). In April we will play an awesome festival in a European country we toured extensively in the past, but not recently. In summer we have some nice summer festivals scheduled. We plan to tour places we haven’t been before (on the borders of fortress Europe) late summer. In late fall / early winter we hope to return to the other side of the equator to enjoy a little summer in winter. And of course we will end the year with a bang at the 5yr anniversary edition of Friends First Fest!
